First off, great verbal course you guys have put together. I learned allot from this verbal defense and influence class that I will be able to take with me whenever I go out on duty every day and where ever I go in my career in law enforcement.
I am an officer in the State of Iowa in a small town with a population of around 1,200 people but grows in the summer of about 3-4,000 because we have a private lake where people live. I have been an officer for about a year and 8 months now and have already had my share of verbal disputes between people.
In my conclusion about this course, it really helped me understand what to say and how to handle different situations on the job and in my everyday life.
